Open invitation to 2015 Geek Dinner

Tech Toledo invites all information technology professionals to join us on December 10th for the 5th Annual Geek Dinner Holiday Mixer. This will be one the year’s largest social gatherings of the IT community in the Toledo Region. We have been averaging over 50 attendees the past few years, and we have a new venue to accommodate more people.

The celebration starts at 5:30pm on Thursday, December 10th, 2015. We are gathering at The Blarney Event Center, 601 Monroe Street, in downtown Toledo.

No RSVP is required (but use the Facebook event if you want). Show up hungry and thirsty, with money to pay for your own food and drink, and a desire to connect with colleagues.

Many members of regional IT groups will be in attendance, holding their annual end-of-year Geek Dinners with us. (See the list of participating groups below.) You are NOT required to be a member of any of these groups to attend. We welcome anyone who wants to “geek out” with us, such as entrepreneurs, designers, project managers, business leaders, engineers, government officials and marketing professionals.

The general schedule for the evening (see Mixer Details for more information):

5:30pm – 6:30pm: Arrive, socialize, order food & drinks, and network
6:30pm – 7:30pm: Sit down for group introductions & announcements
7:30pm – 8:00pm-ish: More networking, eating, drinking, and perhaps even some collaborative planning for 2016
