The Toledo region’s first Startup Weekend begins this Friday, September 14th. There is still time to register and attend this amazing event. From Friday to Sunday, you will be able to:
- pitch your idea for a startup
- build a team around some of the top ideas
- establish a business model, perform customer validation and begin execution on products and prototypes
- prepare a presentation about this new business, get judged, and win prizes
Even if your team does not win any prizes, or a real company is not formed from the weekend efforts, you will learn a lot about how to start up a company. And you will certainly enjoy working with some of the most creative people in the Toledo region.
